This legal contract (“Contract”) is entered into present day by and between Law Society of Nova Scotia (“Law Society”) and Board Directors Law Foundation of Nova Scotia (“Foundation”), collectively referred “Parties”.
Upon execution this Contract, Law Foundation of Nova Scotia shall be established statutory corporation under Legal Profession Act Accordance with laws Nova Scotia.
The purpose Law Foundation of Nova Scotia shall be receive distribute funds provision legal education, legal research, and law reform activities within province, as mandated Legal Profession Act Other relevant legislation.
